CQB type fluorine plastic magnetic pump is a kind of chemical process pump that is application of modern magnetics principles, using the permanent magnets, to realize non-contact indirect transmission of liquids. When the motor drive exterior rotor (namely the outside magnets) rotates, through the magnetic field to drive the inside rotor (namely inside magnetics) assembly and the impeller rotates synchronously, medium is completely closed in the stationary isolation chamber, so as to achieve leakfree pumping purpose, thoroughly solved the problem of the leakage of the shaft sealing transmission pumps, is a fully sealed,no leakage and pollution-free new industry pump.
Working Principle
Magnetic pump is composed of pump, magnetic clutch, motor three parts. Key components magnetic transmission device includes outside and inside magnetic rotor, and not magnetic isolation chamber. When the motor rotates the outside magnetic, the magnetic field will penetrate into the air gap and the non-magnetic material, driving the magnetic rotor rotating with connected impeller to rotate synchronously, realize dynamic non-contact transfer, change the dynamic seals into static seals. Because the pump shaft, inner magnetic rotor is completely sealed by pump body, isolation set, thus completely solved "dripping, leakage" problem, eliminate the problem that petrochemical industry inflammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media leaked through the pump seal, guarantee worker's physical and mental health and safety production.
