1. Acceptance of deep well submersible pumps

3. Inspection steps before the whole unit goes down the well

4. On-site assembly steps when the pump is transported separately

A. Put the motor vertically upright before installation, open the vent hole and the water injection hole, pay attention to open both water plugs, tighten the water injection plug and the water plug with full water, and observe whether the motor is leaking. Don't go down the well. The reason may be that you bumped into it during the transportation process. You should contact the agent or manufacturer in time to negotiate and solve it until it is leak-proof (observe 10-15 minutes). Then measure the insulation resistance of the motor, its value is not less than 50 megohms.

B. Wrap the cable connector. After wrapping, try the direction of the motor. Check whether the direction of the motor is consistent with the direction of the arrow marked on the water pump, and make the successive marks.

5. Check the water pump when the pump is split

9. Overload, overcurrent, phase loss, short circuit, sensitivity adjustment

A. Overload and over-current debugging: Turn the current adjustment knob of the thermal relay slowly to a direction smaller than the actual working current, and rotate a little scale each time, with an interval of about 2-5 minutes, until the thermal relay action unit stops working. Then rotate the scale a little in the reverse direction.

B. Phase-deficient sensitivity debugging: restart the unit, and disconnect the fuse of the knife switch of the unit one by one to make the unit in two-phase electrical working state. Observe whether the thermal relay can cut off the control power within 5 seconds.

C. Short circuit test: This step is usually protected by the air switch of the power supply system.
