Whether the name, model, main performance and filling quantity of lubricating oil meet the requirements of technical documents;

Before the pump is started, the pump casing and the suction pipe must be filled with water. This is because the vacuum at the suction port of the pump cannot be formed and maintained in the presence of air.
Multi-stage centrifugal pumps that transport high-temperature liquids, such as boiler feedwater pumps in power plants, must warm up the pump before starting. This is because when the feed water pump is started, high-temperature feed water flows through the pump, causing the temperature of the pump body to quickly rise from normal temperature to 100 ~ 200 ℃, which will cause the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the pump and each part Heat transfer time and proper control of temperature rise will cause uneven expansion of the pump, causing deformation, wear, vibration and bearing holding shaft accidents in various parts of the pump body.
The stainless-steel centrifugal pump is a vane pump. During the rotation of the impeller, due to the interaction between the vane and the liquid, the vane transfers mechanical energy to the liquid, so that the pressure of the liquid can be increased to achieve the purpose of transferring the liquid. There are four points to note when starting a centrifugal pump:
①The head produced by the centrifugal pump at a certain speed has a limited value. The operating point flow rate and shaft power depend on the condition of the system connected to the pump (position difference, pressure difference and line loss). The head changes with the flow.
② Stable work, continuous delivery, no pulsation of flow and pressure.
③ Generally, there is no self-priming ability. You need to fill the pump with liquid or evacuate the pipeline before starting work.
④The centrifugal pump is started when the valve of the discharge line is closed, and the vortex pump and the axial flow pump are started when the valve is fully opened to reduce the starting power.
Because the centrifugal pump lifts water by the suction force of the impeller centrifugal force to form a vacuum, when the centrifugal pump is started, the gate valve must be closed to fill the water. When the water level exceeds the position of the impeller, the air in the centrifugal pump is discharged before it can be started. After starting, a vacuum is formed around the impeller to suck up the water, and its gate valve can automatically open to lift the water. Therefore, the gate valve must be closed first.
