1) The pump is not filled with water or properly vented
Remedy: Check that the pump casing and inlet line are completely filled with liquid.
2) The speed is too low
Remedy: Check whether the wiring of the motor is correct, the voltage is normal or the steam pressure of the turbine is normal.
3) The system head is too high
Elimination measures: Check the head of the system (especially friction loss).
4) Suction lift is too high
Elimination measures: check the existing net head
5) Impeller or pipeline blocked
