XBC type Deutz diesel engine fire fighting pump is a new type of fire-fighting product that strictly according to the national standard GB6245 "fire pump performance requirements and testing methods" criteria, this series have wide head, flow range, can fully meet various occasions fire water supply in the warehouse, docks and airports, petroleum chemical industry, power plant, liquefied gas station, textile and other industrial and mining enterprises.
1. Electric pump, closed coupled centrifugal horizontal pumps its casing from cast iron and the impeller is brass, shaft from stainless steel, mechanical seal is carbon/ceramic.
2. Diesel engine pump, with capacity equal to electric pump capacity, fuel tank.
3. Jockey pump, horizontal or vertical, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50, 75, 100, 125...GPM
4. Pressure vessel, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150...Liters with 4, 5, 6, 10, 15...Bar
5. Control panel, MCB for each pump, DOL starter with thermal over load protection for main electric pump, hand off auto selector switch for each pump, indication lamps for pump run and pump trip, pressure switch for the automatic operation, battery charger, 12 volt battery to start the engine.

Main Features

2. Automatically charges: Battery charging automatically from electric power or charging motor in diesel engine so as to ensure its smooth start-up,
3. Automatic alarm: When diesel engine under low oil pressure, high temperature water and other problems, it would automatic alarm, and alarm and stop when over-speed.
4. Automatic preheating: Make the diesel engine in the spare state, ensure emergency work.
5. Direct coupled type: Below 360kw diesel pump unit adopt diesel engine and pump connected through elastic coupling directly technology, reduces the malfunction points, and shortens start-up time greatly, increase the reliability and emergency performance.
6. Users can also required another alarm output (non standard delivery);

During the daily use of the self-priming pump, there will be some more common problems. For example, the self-priming pump's non-pumping problem will be caused by many different reasons, so how do we deal with these problems is the key. The reasons why the self-priming pump does not pump water include the following aspects.
The hot water submersible pump is used for hot spring bathing, and can also be used for extracting groundwater from deep wells, and can also be used for water lifting projects such as rivers, reservoirs, and canals. It is mainly used for farmland irrigation and human and animal water in high mountain areas. It can also be used for central air conditioning cooling, heat pump units, cold pump units, cities, factories, railways, mines, and construction site drainage. The general flow rate can reach 5~650m³/h, and the head can reach 10-550 meters.
Diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery that can convey various corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, and highly toxic liquids. Diaphragm pump has four materials: plastic, aluminum alloy, cast iron, stainless steel.
